Everything’s Going Up!
Speakers: Chris Erwin – Roof/Advisor and Scott Breslin – McCredie Insurance Agency, Inc.
Inflation is not limited to the grocery store and other consumer purchasers. Rising costs are having an important impact on the construction industry and the calculation of insurance premiums. You will hear from a roofing contractor about how these changes have impacted the construction industry and what community associations should be considering in planning for these large-scale projects. Similarly, an insurance agent in the community association field will detail changes in the underwriting of association policies, and what communities should be aware of as they approach their insurance renewals.

Speaker: Gregory J. Fioritto, Esq. – Zelmanski, Danner & Fioritto, PLLC

Developing a request for proposal, finalizing the contract details and seeing the contract through to completion are daunting tasks. This presentation will offer high-level tips and suggestions to help you navigate the contract process and will serve as a primer for more detailed presentations on contracts scheduled for the 2023 CAI annual conference.
