Inflation is not limited to the grocery store and other consumer purchasers. Rising costs are having an important impact on the construction industry and the calculation of insurance premiums. You will hear from a roofing contractor about how these changes have impacted the construction industry and what community associations should be considering in planning for these large-scale projects. Similarly, an insurance agent in the community association field will detail changes in the underwriting of association policies, and what communities should be aware of as they approach their insurance renewals.
