Since our founding over 40 years ago, Zelmanski, Danner & Fioritto, PLLC has been devoted to the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations, common interest developments and real estate owners.  Our attorneys have an exceptional understanding of the unique legal landscape faced by community associations and their boards of directors.  We work in partnership with boards and their community management professionals to address their needs in the most effective and cost-efficient ways possible.

We are happy to announce that Partner Gregory J. Fioritto has relocated his practice to our Mt. Clemens office in Macomb County, Michigan.  For nearly 20 years, Mr. Fioritto has provided counsel, advocacy and legal representation to the firm’s clients throughout the State of Michigan.  As our firm continues to expand its state-wide presence, he is committed to improving the firm’s efficiencies, increasing its resources and expanding the value that the firm’s thoroughly experienced attorneys provide to every client.  As the lead attorney and partner operating out of our firm’s Mt. Clemens office, Mr. Fioritto intends to further our ongoing mission of providing experienced counsel and valued educational services to association across the state.

Since September 2020, Mr. Fioritto also has served as a Co-Chairperson of the Community Association Institute’s (CAI)’s Legislative Action Committee (LAC).   In this role, Mr. Fioritto helps guide the LAC as it monitors and reviews pending state and federal legislation that affects community associations.  He has also worked with state legislators in Lansing to help make improvements in the laws that affect associations.
